Mimosa Cocktail
A fruity mimosa cocktail made with strawberry jam, orange syrup, and sparkling champagne.
Mimosa Cocktail is a classic brunch favorite, reimagined with a fruity twist. It begins with a layer of strawberry jam, followed by freshly shaken orange syrup and water, topped off with sparkling champagne. Ingredients
- Strawberry Jam: 20g 
- Orange Syrup: 10ml 
- Water: 90ml 
- Champagne: 90ml 
- Fresh Strawberry & Mint: for garnish 
- Ice Cubes: for shaking 
Directions
- Shake Juice Base: - Add orange syrup, water, and ice to a shaker and shake well. 
- Prepare the Glass: - Add strawberry jam to the bottom of the glass. 
- Pour in the Juice: - Slowly pour in the orange mixture. 
- Add Champagne: - Gently top with champagne. 
- Garnish: - Decorate with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves.
