Lychee Syrup: 30ml
Wine Layer
Red Wine: 20ml
Rose Syrup: 5ml
Add-ons
Ice Cubes: 80% full
Garnish

Directions
Prepare Rim
Dip the rim of the glass in syrup, then coat with dried rose petals.
2. Add Ice
Fill the wine glass with ice to about 80%.
3. Build Sparkling Base
Mix sparkling water and lychee syrup, then pour into the glass.
