Ingredients
Yakult Syrup: 30ml
Grapefruit Syrup: 20ml
Water: 200ml
Red Wine: 50ml
Lychee Popping Boba: 15g
Kumquat Slices: 2–3 pcs
Ice Cubes: full cup
Directions
1. Shake the Base:
In a shaker, combine Yakult syrup, grapefruit syrup, water, and ice. Shake well.
2. Prepare the Glass:Add lychee popping boba, kumquat slices, and half a cup of ice to wine glass.
3. Pour Juice Base:Strain and pour the shaken base into the glass.
4. Top with Wine:Use the back of a spoon to slowly float red wine as top layer.
