Passion Red Sangria is a summer-style sangria mocktail made to celebrate National Wine Day with layers of tropical fruit, soda, and red wine.
The drink starts with passion fruit popping boba and a base of passion syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling soda. Then, red wine is floated on top for a deep, elegant finish. The result is visually striking, refreshingly complex, and ideal for summer occasions.

Ingredients
Passion Fruit Syrup: 30g
Lemon Juice: 10ml
Sprite (or soda): 200ml
Red Wine: 50ml
Ice Cubes: to 80% of glass
Mint or Lemon Balm: for garnish
Directions
1.Add Boba & Ice:
Place passion fruit boba at bottom of wine glass, add 80% ice.
2. Build Sparkling Base:
Mix passion syrup, lemon juice and Sprite. Stir gently and pour in.
3. Float Wine:Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon to create a top layer.
4. Garnish:Add mint or lemon balm leaf to finish.
