Grape Jasmine Cream Foam Slushy

A refreshing grape slushie made with jasmine green tea, grape syrup, tea jelly, aloe vera, and sea salt cream foam.

Grape Jasmine Cream Foam Slushy uses jasmine green tea as the tea base, blended with grape syrup, cane sugar syrup, and ice to create a smooth grape jasmine slushie. Visually, the drink starts with yellow jasmine green tea jelly at the bottom, followed by transparent aloe vera for a crisp texture. The purple-red grape slushie forms the main body of the drink, while the white sea salt cream foam on top creates a soft cloud-like finish.

In terms of flavor design, Hojalicious Grape Syrup builds the main fruit note of the drink. When paired with jasmine green tea, the grape flavor becomes cleaner and more refreshing, with a light tea finish. Jasmine green tea jelly extends the tea character into the topping layer, while aloe vera adds a crisp, refreshing bite. The sea salt cream foam brings a smooth milky texture and a light salty balance, allowing the grape, jasmine tea, tea jelly, aloe vera, and cream foam to work together in one complete slushy drink.

For bubble tea shops, tea beverage brands, foodservice chains, and beverage development teams, this drink offers strong visual contrast and a clear ingredient structure. The yellow jasmine green tea jelly, transparent aloe vera, purple-red grape slushie, and white sea salt cream foam create a memorable layered look. It can be developed as part of a summer slushie series, fruit tea slushie menu, cream foam slushy collection, or signature seasonal beverage.

Ingredients

(500 ml / 16 oz)

🍹Directions

  1. Prepare the Grape Jasmine Slushy Base

In a blender, add 100 ml Jasmine Green Tea Base, 50 ml Grape Syrup, 20 ml Cane Sugar Syrup, and 1.5 cups Ice Cubes to build the grape jasmine slushy base.

  2. Blend into a Smooth Slushy

Blend on high speed until the ice becomes finely crushed and the mixture reaches a smooth, consistent slushy texture.

  3. Add the Toppings

Place 2 scoops Jasmine Green Tea Jelly and 2 scoops Aloe Vera at the bottom of the serving cup to create a chewy topping layer.

  4. Pour the Slushy Base

Gently pour the prepared grape jasmine slushy into the serving cup until it is about 80% full, leaving enough room for the cream foam layer.

  5. Add Sea Salt Cream Foam

Slowly layer sea salt cream foam on top of the slushy. Add a small pinch of sea salt on the surface if desired, then serve immediately.

🏷 Tips

  • Prepare Sea Salt Cream Foam in Advance

Sea salt cream foam can be prepared ahead of service based on store volume. Whip the cream foam until it becomes fine, smooth, and stable enough to sit on top of the slushy. After preparation, store it at 0–4°C and use within 8 hours to maintain its texture, milky flavor, and sea salt balance.

  • Keep the Slushy Texture Smooth

The main body of this drink is a grape slushie, so the ice texture is important. Use a stable blender and blend until the ice is finely crushed. Avoid large ice pieces or a watery texture, as they can affect the drinking experience.

  • Use Jasmine Green Tea to Keep the Grape Flavor Refreshing

Jasmine green tea helps make the grape syrup taste lighter and cleaner. If the tea base is too weak, the drink may taste mostly sweet; if it is too strong, it may overpower the grape flavor. A balanced tea base gives the slushy a more refreshing fruit tea profile.

  • Add Jasmine Green Tea Jelly and Aloe Vera to the Cup First

Jasmine green tea jelly and aloe vera work best when placed at the bottom of the cup before the slushy is poured in. The yellow tea jelly adds a bright visual layer, while transparent aloe vera brings a crisp texture. Together, they create a layered look with toppings at the bottom, purple-red slushy in the middle, and white cream foam on top.

  • Use Sea Salt Cream Foam to Balance the Sweetness

Sea salt cream foam adds a light salty note that balances the grape slushie and makes the drink smoother. Keep the sea salt level gentle so it supports the grape and jasmine tea flavors without becoming too strong.

  • Position It as a Summer Fruit Slushy Item

This drink combines the menu appeal of grape slushie, fruit tea, tea jelly, and cream foam tea. For brands planning summer beverage launches, Grape Jasmine Cream Foam Slushy can be positioned as a fruit tea slushie, cream foam slushy, or seasonal signature drink.

    Creative Beverage Ideas

Expand into a Grape Slushie Series

Use grape syrup and a slushy base to develop more grape slushie drinks, such as grape oolong slushie, grape lemon slushie, grape sparkling slushie, or grape jasmine tea slushie.

Develop a Jasmine Tea Fruit Slush Series

Jasmine green tea can be paired with many fruit flavors, including grape, peach, lychee, mango, strawberry, or passion fruit, to create a broader jasmine tea slushie or fruit tea slush menu.

Add More Tea Jelly Drink Options

Jasmine green tea jelly can be used as a signature topping for fruit tea, slushies, cream foam tea, and sparkling tea. It adds tea aroma, color, and chewy texture to beverage menus.

Build a Cream Foam Slushy Menu

Sea salt cream foam can be paired with different slushy bases such as grape, mango, berry, peach, or lychee. This allows bubble tea shops and cafés to develop more cream foam slushy drinks for seasonal menus.
