A creative cold brew coffee made with grape syrup, cocoa sauce, purple taro cream foam, and cocoa nibs for a layered fruit coffee experience.

Grape Taro Cold Brew Coffee is a creative cold brew coffee with fruit flavor and dessert-style appeal. This drink starts with cold brew coffee as the base, then combines grape syrup and cocoa sauce to bring out bright grape notes, coffee depth, and a lightly bittersweet cocoa finish. The dark coffee base is topped with soft purple taro cream foam and finished with cocoa nibs, giving the drink a dessert coffee look that stands out within a specialty coffee menu.

Hojalicious Grape Syrup helps build the first fruit impression in this recipe. When paired with cold brew coffee, the grape flavor stays clear while the coffee adds body and a clean finish. Cocoa sauce helps connect the grape and coffee flavors, adding a mild cocoa bitterness and deeper taste. The purple taro cream foam is made with original cream foam and taro flavor, giving the top layer a smoother texture, gentle taro aroma, and a creative taro coffee profile.

For bubble tea shops, cafés, foodservice chains, and beverage development teams, this drink offers a fresh direction for cold brew coffee menus. The combination of grape, cold brew, cocoa, and purple taro cream foam creates a clear point of difference from standard cold brew or cream coffee drinks. It can be developed as part of a fruit coffee series, coffee foam series, seasonal coffee menu, or signature specialty coffee drink.

🏷 Tips

  • Prepare Purple Taro Cream Foam Before Service

Purple Taro Cream Foam is best prepared before service to keep the drink process smooth during busy store hours. Whip the cream foam mixture until it becomes smooth, creamy, and stable enough to sit on top of the cold brew coffee base. After preparation, store it at 0–4°C and use within 8 hours to maintain its texture, flavor, and serving quality.

  • Keep the Cold Brew Coffee Clean and Balanced

Since cold brew coffee is the base of this drink, choose a coffee with a clean profile and moderate bitterness. A smoother cold brew allows the grape syrup, cocoa sauce, and purple taro cream foam to show clearly without making the drink taste too heavy.

  • Use Grape Syrup to Build a Clear Fruit Note

Grape syrup gives this drink its fruit identity and helps separate it from standard cream coffee drinks. Follow the suggested ratio to keep the grape flavor noticeable while still preserving the depth of the coffee base.

  • Use Cocoa Sauce to Connect Grape and Coffee

Cocoa sauce helps bring the grape syrup and cold brew coffee together. It adds a mild bittersweet note, deeper color, and a dessert-style finish, making the drink more suitable for a specialty cold brew coffee or cream coffee menu.

  • Add Cocoa Nibs Right Before Serving

Cocoa nibs should be added at the final step before serving. This helps preserve their crunchy texture and cocoa aroma while adding small visual details to the purple taro cream foam.

  • Position It as a Fruit Coffee and Cream Coffee Item

This drink sits naturally between grape coffee, taro coffee, coffee foam, and cream coffee. For brands building a specialty coffee menu, Grape Taro Cold Brew Coffee can work as a visually memorable cold brew coffee item or a seasonal cream coffee launch.
