While it boasts the clear green look and crisp flavor of a Grape Soda, we cleverly incorporated the concept of a Coconut Water Drink as the base. This retains the cooling sensation of a Sparkling Soda while adding natural sweetness and coconut aroma, offering a smoother texture that glides over the palate. (Note: For an extra fizzy kick, you can swap the base for sparkling water.)
2. Visual Aesthetics: The Dreamy Blue Cream Drink
This is a standard visual-focused drink and a perfect combination of a Green Drink and a Blue Cream Drink. The bottom features crystal-clear green grape jelly, the middle is a pristine liquid, and the top is a dreamy blue curacao foam. Double Jelly Base:
Green Grape Syrup: 20 ml —— The core of the Green Drink
Kanten Powder: 40 g
Water: As needed
Cane Sugar: As needed
Grape Soda Liquid Layer:
Coconut Water: As needed —— Can be replaced with Sparkling Water to boost the Grape Soda vibe
Ice Cubes: Full cup
Blue Cloud Cream Top:
Blue Curacao Syrup: Small amount
Original Foam Powder: As needed —— Key to the Cream Top Drink
Ice Water / Milk: As needed
Garnish:
Coconut Powder: For rimming
Fresh White Grapes: 1-2 pieces
Directions
Prep the Duo Jelly
Green Grape Jelly: Mix 20ml Green Grape Concentrate and 20g Kanten Powder, add water to reach 200ml. Boil, cool, and cut into cubes.
Clear Jelly: Mix 10ml Cane Sugar and 20g Kanten Powder, add water to reach 200ml. Boil, cool, and cut into cubes.
Rim & Layer the Base
Moisten the rim of the glass and dip it into Coconut Powder. Pour 60g Green Grape Jelly and 60g Clear Jelly into the glass.
Add Ice & Liquid
Fill the glass to the top with Ice Cubes. Pour in 80ml Coconut Water to create the refreshing Green Drink base.
The Blue Cloud Top
Pour the Blue Curacao Cream on top. Garnish with a fresh white grape and a sprinkle of coconut powder. This completes the dreamy Aesthetic Drink look.
