Ingredients
Cotton candy Cream cap:
- Cotton candy powder: 1 tbsp 
- Hot water: 50ml 
- Original Flavor Cream Cap powder: 3 tbsp 
- Ice water: 100ml 
Mountain Green Tea:
- Golden mountain tea: 150ml 
- Cane Sugar Syrup: 20ml (Adjust sweetness to your preference) 
- Ice cubes: as needed 
Directions
- Brew the tea base: 
 Combine the golden mountain tea, sugar, and ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the tea and sugar are well combined, then pour into the serving glass.
- Make cotton candy syrup: 
 Combine the cotton candy powder and hot water and stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Let it cool.
- Whip the cream cap: 
 Add the cream cap powder, ice water, and cooled cotton candy syrup in a container and use a frother to froth until the cream is thick and glossy.
- Assemble the drink: 
 Slowly pour the whipped cream cap onto the tea base, creating a thick layer of cream.
