Ingredients
- Tea Base - Four Seasons Spring Tea (brewed from tea bags): 150ml - Osmanthus Syrup : 40ml - Ice Cubes: Fill the cup - Toppings & Garnish - Green Grapes: 9 pieces - Osmanthus Oolong Jelly: Desired amount 
- Tea Jelly - Osmanthus Oolong Tea: 200ml - Water: 200ml - Osmanthus Syrup : 10ml - Kanten Powder: 20g 
Directions : Osmanthus Green Grape
- Prepare the Liquid : - In a pot, heat 200ml osmanthus oolong tea and 200ml water until it reaches a gentle simmer. 
- Dissolve the Kanten : - Add 10ml osmanthus syrup and 20g kanten powder, stirring continuously until fully dissolved to prevent clumping. 
- Let It Set : - Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 3 hours until fully set. 
- Cut into Cubes : - Once set, cut into small cubes and add to Osmanthus Green Grape Tea or other beverages and desserts.

- Prepare the Liquid :- Heat 200ml osmanthus oolong tea and 200ml water in a pot. 
- Dissolve the Agar : - Add 10ml osmanthus syrup and 20g agar powder, stirring continuously until fully dissolved. 
- Let It Set : - Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set. 
- Cut into Cubes : - Slice into small jelly cubes before adding to the drink.
