Sparkling Grape Oolong Tea
A Sparkling Fruit Tea with Grape, Light Oolong, and Aloe Vera
Sparkling Grape Oolong Tea is a fruit-based sparkling tea suited to spring and summer menus. Grape Flavor Syrup establishes the main fruit profile, while a small amount of Cane Sugar Syrup adjusts the sweetness. Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea leaves a clean tea finish behind the grape flavor. Sparkling water is added last for a lighter texture, distinguishing this grape tea from a standard grape soda.
The drink is assembled in a clear sequence of toppings, fruit, and tea. Aloe vera sits at the bottom for a crisp, chewy bite, while grape pulp and ice add color and detail through the middle of the glass. The purple grape tea and sparkling water create a gradual shift from deep purple to a lighter shade. A rosemary sprig finishes the presentation, making the drink easy to identify in menu photography, counter displays, and seasonal promotions.
For bubble tea shops and cafés, each ingredient has a defined role. Grape Flavor Syrup and Cane Sugar Syrup set the fruit flavor and sweetness, oolong tea maintains the tea character, sparkling water provides carbonation, and aloe vera and grape pulp add texture. Once the syrup, tea, sparkling water, and topping portions are standardized, staff can follow the same assembly sequence for every order. The same formula structure can also be paired with other fruit syrups to develop a broader sparkling tea collection.

Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base — 150 ml
Grape Syrup — 20 ml
Cane Sugar Syrup — 10 ml
Sparkling Water — 80 ml
Aloe Vera — 2 scoops
Grape Pulp — 2 pieces
Ice Cubes — Fill the serving cup approximately 80% full

🍹Directions
Blend the Grape Oolong Tea Base
Add 20 ml of Grape Flavor Syrup and 10 ml of Cane Sugar Syrup to the serving cup. Pour in a small amount of the prepared 150 ml Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base. Stir thoroughly until the syrups are evenly blended with the tea.
Add the Aloe Vera
Add 2 scoops of Aloe Vera to the serving cup, keeping the topping visible at the bottom of the glass.
Add the Ice and Grape Pulp
Fill the serving cup approximately 80% full with ice, then add 2 pieces of Grape Pulp between the ice cubes.
Add the Remaining Tea and Sparkling Water
Slowly pour the remaining Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base along the inside of the cup. Add 80 ml of Sparkling Water, then stir gently 1–2 times to combine the drink while limiting carbonation loss.
Garnish and Serve
Place 1 Rosemary Sprig on top of the drink. Serve immediately to preserve the carbonation and presentation.
🏷 Tips
Leave Enough Room for the Sparkling Water
When adding the aloe vera, ice, and grape pulp, leave enough space for 150 ml of oolong tea and 80 ml of sparkling water. An overfilled cup may overflow when the sparkling water is poured, sealed, or moved. It can also affect the intended liquid ratio in each serving.
Follow a Fixed Assembly Sequence
Prepare the grape tea base first, then add the aloe vera, ice, grape pulp, remaining tea, and sparkling water in order. After adding the sparkling water, stir gently only 1–2 times to limit carbonation loss and maintain the visible contrast between the aloe vera and purple grape tea.
Extend the Formula into a Sparkling Fruit Tea Series
Once the tea, syrup, and sparkling water ratios have been confirmed for the grape version, the same structure can be tested with other fruit syrups. Review the sweetness, color, and topping combination for each flavor, then document it as an independent recipe. Explore additional menu directions in the Hojalicious Fruit Tea collection.
